Customer Relations

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • First point of contact for customer enquiries (Phone, email, online messaging services)

  • Booking system management

  • Customer notifications (sites coming online and going offline)

  • Special event communications

  • General communications (managed with OS customer service officer)

  • Troubleshooting customer issues

Account Management

  • New customer sign up

  • Account keeping management in conjunction with OS customer service officer

  • Customer terminations

  • Customer detail updates

  • Account follow ups (bad debts)

Asset Management

  • Urgent site callouts

  • Site inspections

  • Key inventory management

  • Update site information across all listed places (internal and online)

  • Assist in site set up and termination tasks (administration)

Administration Support

  • All inbound calls during work hours

  • Ordering and auditing company signs

  • Order and manage Office Supplies

  • General office cleanup/organisation

  • Calendar management (ensure key dates are in the calendar)

  • Review and referral program assistance

  • Upselling - every new parking client is offered info about other services such as office space, storage and venue hire

  • Adhoc project support

  • Updating computer records using a database

Desirable Skills & Experience

Desirable Skills or Experience

  • Driver licence preferred and own transport

  • Accurate and efficient data entry with attention to detail

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Confident phone manner

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Works well as part of a team
