1.BY ENTERING THIS LOCATION, YOU AGREE THAT A CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN THE OPERATOR (GET PARKED (QLD) PTY LTD) AND YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT SET OUT BELOW, IMMEDIATELY REMOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE PREMISES. USE OF THIS LOCATION INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PHYSICAL HARM AND PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH) THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY THIRD PARTY DRIVERS, PEDESTRIANS AND OTHER PERSONS, HAZARDS CREATED BY THE WEATHER, THE CONDITION OF THE SITE, THEFT, MALICIOUS DAMAGE AND/OR MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT. YOU ENTER THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.TERMS & CONDITIONS VARY ON THE OPERATOR LOCATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
2. Each time a vehicle enters this location, a fee is payable to the operator. By bringing your vehicle on the premises you agree to pay the fee as set by the operator. You agree that you must pay all parking fees and other associated costs related to being on site to the operator upon demand. Failure to pay the associated fee may result in additional fees being charged to you. Failure to pay the parking fees prior to leaving your vehicle may result in additional penalty fees being charged. We may retain possession of your vehicle until all associated fees and costs owed to us in respect of this contract have been paid. If amounts due to us in respect of this contract remain unpaid after 30 days, you agree that we can sell the vehicle and use the proceeds to pay the outstanding amounts that are owed to us, and you agree to take all steps required by us to enable us to do so. Any vehicle that enters any locations associated with the operator that has previously incurred fees and charges that remain outstanding may be towed or confiscated without further warning.
3. You agree that you must provide the operator with your vehicle’s details and contact information when requested and including upon payment of the site fee. This information may be used to check that your vehicle is authorised to be on the premises during a certain period of time.You agree to ensure that your vehicle’s registration details are clearly visible. Any vehicle on any of the operator’s locations without authorisation may be issued with a breach notice and/or have your vehicle towed or confiscated at your own expense, without further warning. License plate recognition (LPR) technology may be used at the operators locations to monitor and manage vehicle access and parking.
5. You agree to comply with all rules and directions that are displayed on location and/or given to you by the operator. If the need to move your vehicle arises, the operator may charge you a reasonable amount for moving the vehicle. You agree to not cause any obstruction, park anywhere that is not designated as permitted parking for your type of vehicle, or take up more than one car parking bay, unless otherwise discussed with and approved by the operator. You agree that the operator reserves the right to enter your vehicle and/or move it if we decide that it is reasonably necessary to do so in an emergency or for the safe or efficient operation of the site. You agree that the operator will not be liable for any loss (including theft), damage or destruction to any vehicle, accessories, contents or property left at location, regardless of how that loss or damage is caused and whether the vehicle is authorised to be at the location or not. You agree that you must pay for any damage to this location that is caused by you or your vehicle including, but not limited to, any damage caused by oil or other substances which may leak from the vehicle.You agree that your vehicle may be issued with a breach notice and/or towed or confiscated at your own expense if you do not adhere to any of the above mentioned conditions.If your vehicle is towed or confiscated from any location you agree to pay all associated costs of towing and storing your vehicle, plus any other amounts that you owe the operator directly.
6. THE OPERATOR AIMS TO PROVIDE A RELIABLE AND CONVENIENT PARKING EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT PLANS CAN CHANGE, AND WE OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS. UNDER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS. Refunds are available when a minimum of 24 hours' notice is provided prior to the scheduled date of parking. All refund requests are assessed at the sole discretion of the operator. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before an event day.In the case where a customer is unable to locate a parking space on an event day, a refund or credit may be issued, but only if our team is contacted while the customer is at the location. In such cases, any resolution will be subject to the discretion of the business. Credits may also be offered as an alternative to refunds, provided that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the parking date. As with refunds, the issuance of credits remains at the full discretion of the operator and may be subject to availability or other operational considerations.We encourage all customers to contact us as early as possible should they need to make changes to their booking.This helps ensure we can best assist with alternative arrangements
