Use of Site & Risk

• Use of this site is at your own risk.

• Significant risks may exist, including (but not limited to):

  • Property damage

  • Physical harm, personal injury, or death

  • Actions of third-party drivers, pedestrians, or other persons

  • Weather conditions

  • Site condition or surface hazards

  • Theft or malicious damage

  • Malfunctioning or unavailable equipment

• Get Parked is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury howsoever caused.

Contract Formation

• By entering this site, a binding contract is formed between you and Get Parked (QLD) Pty Ltd.

• If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove your vehicle from the premises.

Parking Fees & Payment

• Each entry to the site incurs a parking fee, payable to Get Parked.

• By entering the site, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable parking fees

  • Pay any additional fees or associated costs upon demand

• Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Penalty charges

Unpaid Fees, Towing & Vehicle Recovery

• Get Parked may retain possession of your vehicle until all outstanding amounts are paid.

• If amounts remain unpaid after 30 days, you agree that Get Parked may:

  • Sell the vehicle

  • Apply proceeds to outstanding fees and costs

• Vehicles with previous unpaid fees may be:

  • Towed

  • Confiscated
    without warning and at the owner’s expense.

Vehicle Registration & Authorisation

• You must provide your vehicle’s registration number when requested, including during payment.

• Registration data may be used to verify authorisation to park on site.

• Registration must be clearly visible at all times.

• Unauthorised vehicles may receive:

  • A breach notice

  • Towing or confiscation at the owner’s expense

Site Rules & Conduct

• You must comply with:

  • All signage

  • All site rules

  • Any directions issued by Get Parked

• You must not:

  • Obstruct access or traffic flow

  • Park outside designated areas

  • Occupy more than one parking bay unless approved

Damage & Liability

• Get Parked is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of:

  • Vehicles

  • Accessories

  • Contents

  • Personal property
    whether authorised to be on site or not.

• You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your vehicle, including:

  • Oil leaks

  • Fluid spills

  • Surface or structural damage

Vehicle Movement & Emergencies

• Get Parked reserves the right to:

  • Enter

  • Move

  • Reposition your vehicle
    if reasonably necessary for:

  • Emergencies

  • Safety

  • Efficient site operation

• Reasonable charges may apply for moving your vehicle.

Breaches & Enforcement

• Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

  • Breach notices

  • Towing

  • Confiscation
    at your expense.

• All towing, storage, and recovery costs are payable by you.

Changes to Terms

• Terms & Conditions vary per site and may change without notice.
